ASAP Servitization Stories: The CAREL Case

ASAP Service Management Forum’s servitization stories resume. The next event will be held on Tuesday, June 6 at 4:30 p.m. and will feature the CAREL Company, an Italian multinational company that designs, manufactures, and markets hardware and software for the management of air conditioning, refrigeration, humidification, and evaporative cooling systems.

The event will be an opportunity to learn about:

• the company’s service offering in the area of humidifiers
• how the digital proposition supports the service field proposition and its benefits to customers
• the structure and organization of the Services Department in the CAREL world.

The webinar will be held on the ZOOM platform and is free upon registration.
